Troubleshooting

Logo not appearing after upload:

  • Ensure the URL is publicly accessible (not behind authentication)
  • Try a different image format (SVG often works best)
  • Check that the URL is correct and includes http:// or https://
  • Clear your browser cache (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+F5)

Color not applying:

  • Verify the hex color is valid (starts with # and 6 hex digits: 0-9, A-F)
  • Try a different color to ensure the color picker is working
  • Refresh the page to see changes

Changes not saving:

  • Ensure you have tenant:manage_settings permission
  • Check that your network connection is stable
  • Try saving again; if it fails, contact support
