Overview of Settings Sections

Branding

Customize your workspace's visual identity and information:

  • Tenant Name (required): Your organization's display name (max 200 characters)
  • Tagline (optional): Short description of your workspace (max 200 characters)
  • Primary Color: Brand color for UI elements (hex color picker with live preview)
  • Logo URL (optional): URL to your organization's logo image (with live preview)

See: Branding Settings

SCIM Provisioning

Set up enterprise user provisioning with SCIM 2.0:

  • SCIM Endpoint URL: Fixed endpoint for your IdP integration
  • Bearer Token: Generate and regenerate secure tokens for IdP authentication
  • Setup Guide: Built-in helper for configuring Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, and other providers
  • Status Indicator: Shows whether SCIM is configured

See: SCIM Provisioning

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Configure OIDC-based SSO via Auth0:

  • Status Display: Shows connected provider and configuration state
  • Configure SSO Button: Opens Auth0 self-service setup wizard in a new tab
  • How It Works: Step-by-step guide showing the SSO setup process
  • Supported Providers: Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, SAML, OIDC, ADFS, PingFederate, Keycloak

See: SSO Configuration

Slack Integration

Connect your Slack workspace:

  • Connection Status: Shows whether Slack is connected
  • Add to Slack Button: Initiates OAuth flow (when not connected)
  • Disconnect Button: Removes the Slack integration (when connected)
  • Usage Instructions: Shows how to use the /define command

See: Slack Integration

Danger Zone (Owner Only)

Irreversible workspace operations:

  • Delete Tenant Button: Permanently deletes the workspace and all data
  • Confirmation Flow: Requires typing the tenant slug to confirm
  • Note: Currently in development — UI shows confirmation but deletion handler displays a "not yet implemented" message

See: Danger Zone

Permission Requirements

Most settings changes require the tenant:manage_settings permission, which is held by admins and owners.

Some sensitive operations (like workspace deletion) are restricted to owners only.

Best Practices

  • Branding: Keep your organization name and colors consistent with your brand guidelines
  • Integrations: Test integrations before full rollout
  • SCIM: Enable SCIM if your organization uses an identity provider for centralized user management
  • SSO: Configure SSO early to streamline onboarding and enforce security policies
  • Backup: Export important data before making critical changes
